Appointments & Cancellations

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

  • Full Foils, Smoothing Treatments, and extended services require 48 hours' notice.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

  • Guests arriving late may need to have services adjusted or rescheduled.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

  • By booking an appointment, you authorize Vaiani & Clarke Salon to charge any payment method provided for services, products, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and outstanding balances.

  • Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts as permitted by law.

Service Consent & Allergic Reactions

  • By receiving services, you voluntarily consent to the services requested.

  • Hair color, chemical treatments, smoothing services, extensions, and other salon services carry inherent risks, including allergic reactions, irritation, hair breakage, and variations in results.

  • You agree to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or previous chemical treatments before your service.

  • While we take every reasonable precaution, Vaiani & Clarke Salon cannot guarantee that allergic reactions or unexpected results will not occur.

  • By proceeding with services, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for any reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Children in the Salon

For the safety and comfort of all guests, children are permitted in the salon only if they have a scheduled appointment.

No Refunds & Returns

All services are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Retail product sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless required by applicable law.

Right to Refuse Service
